Furnace structure1. The furnace body adopts 3mm high-strength carbon steel plate, which is durable and beautiful.
2. The second layer adopts 50mm high-strength ceramic fiber blanket, and the temperature resistance reaches 1300 ºC.
3. The third layer is high temperature resistant ceramic fiber cotton to enrich the whole furnace body, which has achieved the
best thermal insulation effect.
4. The fourth layer adopts high-strength wear-resistant lightweight thermal insulation bricks to increase the thermal insulation effect.
5. The resistance adopts Shougang 0cr3m16kb. The maximum operating temperature is 1350ºC, the resistivity is 1.43±0.5,
the anti-grain strength is 750, the elongation is ≥12, and the fast life is ≥50. It is magnetic.

Distribution CabinetThe power distribution cabinet adopts thyristor proportional control to save power, and the temperature control meter uses a
fool-type smart meter to control the current output, which can better save power.
