The induction furnace controller produced by our company uses uncontrolled rectification technology, which has the advantages of high power factor (up to 0.97) and low power grid pollution compared to other fully controlled rectification technologies. It has a constant power control mode, as well as limited current and voltage functions, which can always keep the controller in the most effective power output mode, allowing the input power to be fully utilized. It is suitable for occasions that require frequent starting or long-term operation.
This controller can choose to have communication function: ModBus RTU protocol, using RS-485 connection method, can remotely read and write the parameters and operating status of the controller through communication, greatly facilitating users to connect PLC, touch screen, industrial computer, etc., greatly improving the expansion performance of the controller, and facilitating users to seamlessly integrate this controller into their own products.
