Servo Ladle Machine
The servo ladle machine is an automated device that uses a servo motor as the driving force and is equipped with an intelligent control system to complete the tasks of fetching and pouring metal melt. It can scoop a fixed amount of metal melt from the furnace and smoothly transfer the metal melt to the injection chamber or above the inlet of the die-casting machine according to the set trajectory. The servo ladle machine can realize automated fetching and pouring of the metal melt. It has a short cycle time and is much faster than manual operation. Moreover, it can improve product quality and reduce product defects.
When die-casting large automotive parts, such as engine blocks and transmission cases of automobiles, the servo ladle machine can precisely control the pouring amount and speed of metal melts like aluminum liquid, ensuring the stability of product quality. Meanwhile, when die-casting small precision structural parts of electronic products, such as the middle frames of mobile phones, the high-precision advantage of the servo ladle machine can be brought into full play.
